Flowers

My word of the week is:

Sometimes, I think there are too many flowers!  Flower here, flower there, flower tall, flower small!  But other than them making you get hay fever I think they are lovely.  Always a great opportunity to take some nice pictures.  I think something that is special about summer is the way all the flowers pop up and almost nod and smile to you as you walk.  It is lovely.
I keep seeing a lot of roses, which is nice, because in the winter I almost forgot what they looked like!  It seems like all the petals are coming off the poppies, which is a bit sad! But I love all the flowers!

  4. Nature has a way of popping a new flower out there just when we need it doesn't it?

  5. It's so sad that something so pretty as flowers causes hay fever which makes so many feel so yucky!!!

  6. Great choice of word, Honey! It is a pain to be getting hay fever. I think mine is triggered by grass and trees rather than flowers (at least that's what I am telling myself). I love flowers. We do not have many growing in the garden as the raspberries have sort of taken over, but raspberries are delicious so it is not the end of the world!
